The 150 sqm UK Athletics High Performance Gym underwent a redesign and upgrade to create a world-class training space opening directly onto the 100m indoor track. What was once an unused storeroom has been transformed into a state-of-the-art performance gym, featuring high-impact flooring with six integrated weightlifting platforms, wall-to-wall mirrors, and custom-branded glass doors that reflect the identity of British Athletics. The design balances strength and functionality with a large open area for mobility, stretching, and functional training, complemented by refurbished equipment, newly supplied high-performance strength machines, and bespoke branded dumbbells and weight plates. Every detail has been engineered to support elite athletic preparation, creating a facility that embodies both precision design and Olympic-level performance.
